DELIVERY

Pease note: All the deliveries are shipped out the next working day after receiving the payment confirmation. Once the painting is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking information.

We ship paintings and prints to every country in Europe. If you would like to purchase a painting and have it delivered to other country outside EU, please contact us by email or live chat so we could find a solution for you. 

The standard free delivery in Europe takes from 7 to 14 working days depending on your country. 

The standart free delivery to Sweden takes up to 7 days.  

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

PLEASE NOTE: The original paintings are not returnable or exchangeable in any circumstances.

Unless it was damaged by the courier while delivering it to you. In this case the delivery person who handles your painting has to issue a paper for you stating the damage which was done during the delivery. Please send us an email containing a copy of that statement with the pictures of the damage that was done so that we could find a solution to fix it.  

The painting is accepted back & your money is refunded only if it was damaged by couriers fault in unfixable way. 

PLEASE CHECK IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE BEFORE THE COURIER LEAVES.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY KIND OF DAMAGE DONE TO THE PAINTING/PRINT AFTER DELIVERY  WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
